Thai movie ขวัญใจไอ้หนุ่ม was released in year 1972 and lasts 1h45mn. It is available under DVD format by famous company XxX owned by Toh Pantamit. Num (Sombat Methanee) is a truck driver (สิบล้อ). He is working for Tia. Raemjai (Suthisa Putnuch) is harassed by ruffians. ปากหวานกับเด็กบ้านนอก. Anucha Ratanaman, driver of minibus (สองแถว), loves Raemjai also so there is jealousy between the two men. The movie features a few songs. Those songs are shot in 35mm format as this format allows image and sound together. The 35mm image is more damaged than the 16mm image as the film is less resistant to time damage. The movie itself is in 16mm format so in the past, dubbers were needed. Such 1970s decade movie include various style to please the whole audience such as action, romance and a bit of spice with a typical waterfall scene where the actress Wassana Chalakorn swims in the water. Head of ruffians (นักเลง) Sakda loves Raemjai also. As Phaen, Raemjai's brother, has debts in Sakda's underground casino, Sakda is pushing him for a wedding with Raemjai. Num punches Sakda's ruffians being irrespectful with Raemjai. Tia's daughter (Sopha Sataporn), called Deuan, doctor student, is back from Bangkok. Ponsak (Man Teeraphol) is Sakda's son. Taking profit that Num is working in Bangkok and the brother Phaen away, Sakda rapes Raemjai at nighttime. Ponsak harasses Deuan so Anucha intervenes. As he is about to be defeated, other minibus drivers help him. Back from Bangkok, Raemjai announces that she is breaking up with Num as she is not suitable anymore. Only Raemjai's brother knows the truth. Shocked, Num leaves very angry. Drinking alcohol, Num is informed by his friends that Raemjai has been kidnapped by Sakda. Num storms Saksa's house with the help of Anucha and minibus drivers. Hopefully Thai Police arrives on time as ruffians have guns. Shootings happen. Phen and Saksa shoot each other. Before dying, Saksa announces that he didn't touch Raemjai that night due to his heart decease (โรคหัวใจ). Num and Raemjai can have happiness. Deuan goes back to Bangkok as she knows she cannot get Num's love.

He goes to study abroad. When he comes back, his fiancee Rewadee is going to marry Pinjo, who was a former friend. Kampee, disappointed, causes big arguments during the wedding, gets beaten and thrown away in the water. When he wakes up, he meets for first time a young woman called Ailada (Aranya Namwong), riding a bicycle and going to help him. Surprised, he leaves rashly by taxi (คนบ้า). Kampee leaves his home as Pinjo’s father forces him to go to Sukhothai province. Rampoei wants Kampee to marry Walli, younger sister of Vivat. Kampee meets Ailada again in Phitsanulok train station and they argue again. Kampee shall be the head of forest guards in district Huay Krai. Kampee is welcomed by Plang (Prachuap Ruekyamdee), his assistant. Ailada is Plang‘s daughter! Kamnan Preuang (Sawin Sawangrat) is doing illegal business in the forest by cutting trees. Plaew, son of Kamnan Preuang, loves Ailada since they are kids. Plang and Kampee have a plan to stop those illegal activities. Having learnt this, Ailada informs Preuang. So Kampee's plan fails. Aware that Ailada is the one who disclosed the plan, Kampee has arguments with her but Ailada finally understands and recognises her mistake. Love starts to emerge. Walli is coming to visit Kampee. To get rid of Walli, Kampee claims he is already engaged with Ailada so she has mischievous behavior with Kampee! Kamnan Preuang and Plaew get agreement with Pinjo to use Rewadee to ease Kampee. Pinjo wishes to kill Kampee as he cannot stand to have Rewadee close to Kampee. It is discovered that Plaew is the real son of Plang and not Preuang. Plaew and Ailanda are then brother and sister! Plaew and Ailanda are looking for Kampee knowing he is endangered by Pinjo’s plans to kill him. A thunderstorm happens. Kampee and Ailanda take refuge in a cave. A snake is threatening them. Plaew and Rewadee take refuge in a cave also. Pinjo misunderstands Plaew’s intention to help Rewadee. He finally falls in the river and dies. Back from the forest, learning that Kampee and Ailanda plan to marry, Rewadee still tries to get back Kampee and simulates to have spent the night with him. It causes Ailanda’s ire, who then flees away. Rewadee apologizes but it is too late. Ailanda is gone and Kampee is back to Bangkok. Kampee indulges in alcohol and finally accept his sister’s proposal to marry Walli. Rewadee is pregnant with Plaew. As Ailanda is back to district Huay Krai, Plaew decides to stop Kampee’s wedding with Walli to ensure Kampee can marry Ailanda! Plaew lies that Kampee made a young lady pregnant in district Huay Krai so he needs to assume. Finally Kampee and Ailanda are reunited.

Meanwhile Ong At (Anucha Ratanaman), a rich and influential ruffian in Doi Mae Rang, also notices teacher Palap Pleung. Loving the teacher for a long time, he tries to kidnap her during the ordination parade. Hopefully Nakrop intervenes and stops Ong At. Nakrop promises to visit teacher Palap Pleung soon again. Nakrop goes to Lam Duan hill and have lunch in a restaurant owned by เสน่ห์ โกมารชุน. At the same time, ruffians leader Kam Maen (เสถียร ธรรมเจริญ) is having lunch with his daughter Malika (เนตรดาว) and Ong At. Malika has arguments with Neua Hom (Daonoi Duangjai), who gets beaten by Kam Maen. Nakrop intervenes but Sarapee (Sopha Sataporn), daughter of the restaurant owner, uses a rifle to stop any fighting. Unhappy, Kam Maen and Ong At have to leave. Kong Jak and Samong Thong also travel to Lam Duan hill. Having car issues, they get help from lady Dok Kaew (Metta Roongrat). Kong Jak falls in love with Dok Kaew. Meanwhile Sarapee is captured by Kam Maen’s men as revenge. Dok Kaew, aware of the kidnapping, suspects Kam Maen’s men. Samong Thong and Kong Jak help to release Sarapee. Sarapee doesn’t dare to stay in her father’s restaurant anymore and takes refuge in teacher Palap Pleung’s home. Santi is the last one to travel. He visits Orasa (ธิดา) and disguises himself as a singer. That night, Ong At has a meeting with Chaiyan (เมืองเริง ปัทมินทร์) regarding contraband weapons. Ong At wants Orasa to sit at his table but she refuses. As he forces her, Santi intervenes. Both Santi and Orasa flee and meet their friends at Pa Chang. In Pak Chang, all couples can enjoy romance, but Santi and Samong Thong are kidnapped by ruffians. Nakrop helps to release them but Kam Maen’s men kidnap the three ladies. Nakrop kidnaps Malika in order to be able to bargain with Kam Maen. Following fighting, the three ladies are able to flee. Knowing that a weapon deal will happen soon, Nakrop asks Thai police’s help. Ong AT dies following a gun duel with Nakrop. Romances can blossom.

Thai movie 'Luk Yot' (ลูกยอด) was released in year 1971 and features Thai film superstars Krung Srivilai and Petchara Chaowara. It was Krung Srivilai's first movie. Krung was 4 years younger than Petchara so from being the younger sister (น้อง) with Mitr, Petchara becomes the older sister (พี่)! After Mitr Chaibancha’s tragic death in year 1970, the Thai cinema needed new faces, new main actors to replace the void caused by Mitr’s premature death. วนาสวรรค์ is a Thai movie released in year 1970 and featuring main actors Sombat Methanee and Pissamai Wilaisak. Other actors are Surasit Sattayawong, Metta Roongrat, Sopha Sataporn, Chadaporn Wachirapranee. The movie cannot be found in any format in Thailand. Luckily two reels are still available in Thailand belonging to two collectors groups. The two reels are unfortunately not consecutive. Thanks to a group of former dubbers performing with 16mm movies, an old reel with small parts of lost films was found in year 2013. The first reel left is 23 minutes long. Katoua (Pissamai) is a mountain people (ชาวเขา). Metta Roongrat is acting as jealous lady. As Katoua has no more relatives, Sombat agrees to send Katoua to Bangkok bringing jealousy to Metta and disappointment to Sopha. Both of them love secretly Sombat also. Katoua goes first to Bangkok but Sombat stays behind. While in Bangkok, Pissamai gets hit by a ruffian and loses memory (ความจำเสื่อม). She cannot remember Sombat and has arguments with him. Back to the mountains, she cannot eat local food anymore. The first reel is in very good condition and still colorful. The second left reel is 28 minutes long. Sombat wants to see who is the young man called Somchai (สมชาย ศรีภูมิ) trying to date Sopha. Sombat seems to be an administration officer working in the forest. Katoua (สาวกรุงเทพ) falls from the stairs. It seems that Katoua was never really a mountain people but was sent in the North of Thailand by her father in order to be safe. Somchai and his men try to force in order to enter in the forest. Following a fist fight between Sombat and Somchai, they become friends. Sombat is following a ruffian who succeeds to escape a first time but finally this latter gets strangled by a big snake. The second reel is in poor condition. There is damaged picture with many lines but luckily it is still colorful. No movie summary is unfortunately left.

แม่ย่านาง is a 1970 movie in VCD format featuring a still colorful picture and lasting 1h54mn. An additional 30mn reel (the reel number 2) is available through a Thai collector. Young lady Prang (Sopha Sataporn) is waiting for Jiaw (เด็กวัด) to give alms (ตักบาตร) to the monks but he doesn't come today. Jiaw (Mitr Chaibancha) is a temple boy with a kind heart (ใจบุญ) so seeing Jom and his friends trying to steal money donated to the temple, he tries to prevent them to rob money to buy alcohol. Unfortunately he gets accused by Jom so the abbot believes he is the robber. Jiaw is chased from the temple. He decides to sell food (ขายของ) with his two friends by navigating on a boat on river and canals. A mysterious spirit Mae Ya Nang (ผีหลอก) (Pissamai Wilaisak) on the boat bow helps them to get business. Jae (Kaenjai Meenakanit), a shop vendor, likes Jiaw a lot but he is not interested. Sithao Petcharoen has issues with his wife as she doesn’t accept he has mistresses. Prang is seen as a young sister (น้องสาว) only by Jiaw. Jiaw seems to love his boat more than anything else despite strong interest from Jae and Prang. Jae is under a charm (ถูกเสน่ห์). A local villager has recruited a black magician (Lor Tok)(หมอผี) to make a love philter to seduce Jae. As uncle Man (พฤหัส บุญหลง - Preuhat Boonlong) breaks the spell, the black magician tries to kill uncle Man. As it fails, he sends Jom and his team protected by magic tattoos. Once again the spirit Mae Ya Nang (แม่ย่านางเรือ) protects Jiaw. In a previous life, the mysterious lady and Jiaw knew each other. The mysterious lady was a princess (ลูกหญิง). As the King's boat (พระองค์) was attacked by pirates, the King ordered Jiaw to take away the princess and to protect her. Jom, who was the head of soldiers, was treacherous to his King and killed him. Sor Asanajinda is the father of Jom. Before dying, Jiaw's friend succeeded to reach him and told the truth about Jom. Spade fighting happened between Jom and Jiaw. Jiaw won and Jom died (ทรยศ). The princess didn't trust the uncle Sor and asked Jiaw to organise their escape. Jiaw was split between his love to the princess and the love to the kingdom. The uncle Sor asked him to leave to preserve the princess. As he finally refused, he was killed by a guard. Knowing his death, the princess got suicide. Back to the present, the black magician sends Jom to kill Jiaw and the uncle Man. Prang and Jae are kidnapped by the black magician (อาจารย์). Jiaw shall avoid any bad actions (จ้องเวร จ้องกรรม) to hope being reunited with the princess one day. Jom kills the black magician as he made a love philter for himself to seduce Jae and Prang instead of doing it for Jom. Through a final fight with Jom, Jiaw is killed while protecting the abbot (in fact the king in a previous life) with his own body. Jiaw failed to protect the King in his previous life but in this life, he saves the monk. Jiaw and the princess are reunited in heaven. The 1h54mn movie is really great but the additional 30mn reel reveals additional details of the movie: Jae is upset that Jiaw prefers to sleep on the boat than with her. Jiaw helps to prevent a kidnapping of Jae. Sithao suggests Jom to visit the black magician to get spells. He is a bad guy always trying to abuse for his own purpose people asking for love philter. Through a sexy scene with an unknown veteran actress, the black magician makes a love philtre to seduce her instead of doing one for her to seduce back her husband Sithao. It is highly probable that this scene would have been cut on any VCD release. Seeing the power of love filters, they recommend the black magician to the villager trying to seduce Jae. As old movies were long, each actor / actress always had the opportunity to have his own long scene to please his fans. It is also very frequent to see Thai people onlookers in outdoor scenes such as market. It was additional potential customers to come watching in cinema to see if they were in the movie! The original movie features 5 songs but the DVD only features 1 song.

Thai movie กายทิพย์ was released in year 1970. The movie lasts 2h30mn but only 1h00 is left to be seen. Jaomanat (Sarinthip Siriwan) is Atibadi’s domestic helper. Jaomanat has two sons Phayoton (Sombat Methanee) and Pontet (Prachuap Ruekyamdee), playing a gay character (กะเทย). Atibadi (Chana Sriubon) has two daughters Romadee (Aranya Namwong) and Deuan Rung (Sopha Sataporn). Atibadi’s wife (Wilaiwan Watthanaphanit), called Nimnuan, is dead already but her soul (วิญญาณ) has possessed Jaomanat. Three house spirits (ศาลพระภูมิเจ้าที่) are also involved. Two of them are played by Sukon Koewliam and Sithao Petcharoen. Krai Kanchit, a hairdresser, gets warned by Phayoton not to disturb Jaomanat anymore. Fighting in slum(สลัม) happens between Phayoton and Krai. Krai is defeated. Sawin Sawangrat comes later with more men to beat Phayoton but the three house spirits help him. สุมาลี ทองหล่อ, mother of Khomapat Attaya, wishes to grab Atibadi. Finally Atibadi takes Sumalee as his new wife. During the wedding party, Khomapat comes with Ruj Ronnapop but Khomapat has more interest in Phayoton. Sompong Phonmitr is playing a หมอทำเสน่ห์. Sumalee and Sawin visit the magician at the same time but they get teased again by the spirits. Krai comes at that time and meets Sumalee. They become lovers. Sumalee and Atibadi spend their honeymoon in Pattaya. Deuan Rung likes Phayoton but this one manages to have his brother Pontet taking care of her so that he can be with Romadee. Meanwhile Krai has seduced also Khomapat so causing Sumalee's ire. She sends Pan Borapet and Sawin to teach (สังสอน) Krai but they kill him. Upset, she also kills Pan Borapet and Sawin. Sumalee is feeling sad (น้อยใจ). Op Boonthit identifies that Nimnuan’s sould (วิญญาณ) is inside Jaomanat. A proper ceremony needs to be done. Sumalee wishes to interrupt it. Monks need to be brought. While the soul is about to exit, Sumalee prevents the holy water to be poured. She is struck by a lighting and dies. Ruj is ravaged. Finally Jaomanat can fully recover.

Saming (สมิง) is a local ruffian. He loves a young lady called Srinuan (ศรีนวล) (Petchara Chaowarat). While trying to get back a necklace belonging to his family, Saming is injured so he cannot stay close to Srinuan. Neung (หนึ่ง) (Mitr Chaibancha), a Bangokian young man, comes to visit the village one week for a local yearly dance contest festival. Saming loves Srinuan but Srinuan is more interested in Neung. It is reciprocal. Saming is unhappy with Neung. During the dance contest, competitors try to hurt Srinuan but Neung protects her and gets injured. Srinuan spends the night with Neung. As Srinuan’s father, Kamnan Tong (กำนันธง), is aware, Neung needs to take responsability (ต้องรับผิดชอบ). Neung is coming from a rich family. His father is disappointed by his son's behavior but wants his son to finish his studies first and get approval from the grandmother. Neung needs to leave. Srinuan promises to wait (ค่อยพี่นะ). Behind the curtain, Neung's father promises land and money to Srinuan's father to forget about this union. 18 years have passed. A daughter is born from their brief union. Her name is Soi (สอยดาว), who is now a beautiful teen. Neung's father sends his grand children to check the land he gave to subdistrict headman Tong. It includes Deuan (สาวเดือน ) and Kla (ลูกเมียแต่ง / ลูกเมียหลวง). Saming (โจร เสือ) is now the ruffians leader. Srinuan doesn't want Soi to meet the Bangkokian people as they might have bad intentions. Soi helps Deuan, her half sister, who falls in the river (ด้วยน้ำใจ). She is sad that her real father never visited her. Kla, the brother, has a bad mindset denigrating countryside people and gets smacked by Soi. Neung wishes to know who hit Kla. Neung meets Soi and understands she is her daughter. Neung wishes to know the truth about Soi. The father, subdistrict headman Tong, doesn't wish to let Neung meet Srinuan again but Neung insists. After 18 years passed Srinuan doesn't want to meet him again also (ไม่อยากเป็นเมียที่สอง! ไปขอทานที่อื่น!). Finally Neung recognizes officially Soi as her daughter and she moves to Bangkok to become an upper class lady (เลือดควาย / เลือดผู้ดี). Neung’s wife, Soi Phet, doesn't accept this as it means to share heritage with another family member. Many troubles happen. Kla sends two ruffians to rape Soi. The grandmother falls from stairs while trying to help. Soi is accused and goes back to countryside with her mother. Neung’s wife wishes to get back the land. Following a boat assault, Neung’s wife is shot. Saming is responsible. Following gun fights between Police and ruffians, a final duel happens between Neung and Saming. Neung wins. Kla is injured and is forgiven by his father and Soi. Neung and Srinuan can now live happily together. Interesting to find that Sorapong Chatree, Thailand’s most famous actor, is playing a young stunt during a few minutes at the beginning of the movie.

This Thai spy movie starts very similary to “Impossible Mission” TV serie with tapes giving instructions. Jiep (Adul Dulyarat), expert in explosives, finds Saen (Surasit Sattayawong) in Ayuthaya. They need to find Nin (Mitr Chaibancha) in Bangkok, handsome guy and always butterflying with ladies. They have to do a secret mission related to Thailand and to complete within one month. Target is to neutralise a dangerous secret organisation (เวียดนามเหนือ). They need to find a fourth teammate (number 46) in Udon Thani. Guerrilla group soldiers (ทหารป้า) are terrorising villagers by burning their houses and even killing them. Kaneung Ha (Sopha Sataporn) is the group leader. Saree (Metta Roongrat) has been forcefully enrolled. When her parents are killed, she finally deserts. The three men finds Saree burying her parents. She accepts to join them in order to show where the guerilla is hiding. They spend one night in a villager house. This one informs the guerilla of the group presence. They flee on time but Saen doesn't trust Saree anymore and tries to kill her (ทรยศ). Kaneung Ha recruits strong men in villages by luring them with beautiful ladies (Kaenjai Meenakanit). Nin and his two friends succeed to be recruited. Kaneung Ha believes the three men are spies from government (ศัตรู) so they get tortured. Finally Kaneung Ha has pity on them. Meanwhile police is sending officers disguised in clowns (Prachuap Ruekyamdee). Saree offers her help too (ร่วมมือ). The three men receive orders to kill the three policemen and Saree in order to prove their obedience to the organisation. Two guards shall oversee the mission. The three men capture the three policemen following a tacit agreement. Following their first mission success, the big boss sends them to Udon to make airport details recording. Yot is jealous of Nin as he knows Kaneung Ha starts to love him. The big boss is trusting now the three men and shows them the missiles stored in the base. Nin declares his love to Kaneung Ha. Saree helps the three policemen to flee. Nin defeats Yot in one to one fight. Police is back with many men. Meanwhile Jiep tries to neutralize the missiles. Nin brings Kaneung Ha with him before the explosion. Police faces strong opposition before reaching the base. Kaneung Ha is the real number 46 they were looking for. She helps Nin to fight the traitors. Finally the missiles are destroyed and the ruffians are all captured. The movie has still colorful and good quality image. It is a 2h27mn movie and the VCD is almost full. In those 1960s movies, no direct kisses are shown. Mitr kisses Sopha but still prudery happens. Like many 1960s action movies, ทรชนเดนตาย film (1969) has a nationalist trend.

Finally they all gather to visit the mum and learn bad news from the doctor regarding her health. The mother wants to see her daughter a last time. Duangjai and the poor boy surprise robbers sharing money from a stolen bag. They catch Duangjai and the young boy flees away to ask for help. He stops a car with Mitr inside! Mitr chases away the three ruffians and helps Duangjai. Duangjai just comes back home but her mother dies in her arms. Mitr gets blamed by Duangjai and the three brothers as his family is the land owner of the slum. Kingdao Daranee is playing Mitr's younger sister. In real life, she was his wife. Mitr decides to fire the creditor and changes the rules regarding the slum management. He succeeds to get back Duangjai and his brothers' trust. He finally marries with Duangjai. Two songs are featured in this movie. Band Samsak (วงดนตรีสามศักดิ์) is performing and their members are acting in this movie as Duangjai's brothers.

A mysterious Dakota airplane drops a big parcel in the sea, containing in fact the ruffians leader (หัวหน้าใหม่) called Adamcha (Kecha Plianvithee). Meanwhile two Royal Thai airplanes intercept the plane forcing it to land at Don Meuang airport. Thai Army is then aware that a mysterious organisation is preparing plans to harm Thailand so Thai army chief asks his officers to do their best to protect Thailand, Buddhism and the King. Police inspector (สารวัตร) Chet (Mitr Chaibancha) needs to help also and to find an agent called double X. Double X is in fact a police woman called Chin Chin. Adul (Adul Dulyarat) steals some documents in governmental building. Amara (Amara Asavananda), a young lady, supports Adul as part of the organisation. The secret organisation (ผู้ก่อการร้าย) brings disorder in Thailand through bombs and Thai police seems unable to stop them. Chet follows Adamcha's car but gets captured when entering in Adamcha's house. The police chief asks another policeman to help, i.e. Chet's younger brother called Sombat (Sombat Methanee). Real actor names are used in this movie as anyway it was a 16mm movie with dubbing. During an evening party to celebrate their bad achievements, double X's team kidnaps Amara and asks for a ransom. Adul follows the police ladies and after being summoned by Chin Chin (Audrey Sing) regarding his treacherous behavior over Thailand, he accepts to change side. He works for the organisation because of his love for Amara. Sombat helps to release Amara and shoot some policemen (แสดงหนัง). Sombat is finally accepted in the secret organisation following a test. A bank attack turns to a fiasco as police was aware. Sopha (Sopha Sataporn), Sombat’s love, is injured. It seems there is spy in the organisation. Sombat helps his brother Chet to flee. Chet is back to the house with full Police squad but Adamcha and his clique have already left. Chet succeeds to get the plan of their new retreat but the ruffians, seeing army soldiers, retreat to a well hidden place. Adul provides the location to the police but is identified as traitor. He is imprisoned and refuses any help from Amara, his former love. Police and army storm the hidden place of their organisation. Following various shootings and Adul's sacrifice, the secret organisation is vanquished. It is another nationalist 1960s movie with police and army protecting Thailand against external threats. The picture quality features many red and green lines (เส้นฝนตกมาก) as company Phanmitr has used the latest film reels available for this movie, which was very popular in 1960s. คนเหนือคน (Top Secret) is a 2h15mn movie. It is also features a few popular songs including a duo Sombat and Sopha.

Fa Phieng Din (ฟ้าเพียงดิน) is a 1967 Thai movie with Mitr Chaibancha, Petchara Chaowarat and Sopha Sataporn. Only a trailer of 3m35s is left. Other veteran actors playing in this Thai movie are Choomporn Theppitak, Adinan Singhira, Chadaporn Wachirapranee (playing the jealous lady as usual - นางอิจฉา). The trailer is short but enough to see a few fist fights with Mitr. It looks like a Thai western or western Tom Yum Thai movie. Chomphu's (Petchara Chaowarat) father has been killed so she changes her name to Sakira as the murderers are also looking for her expecting to get the heritage. Thewarat (Mitr Chaibancha) is always arguing with Chomphu. He even gets slapped by her the first time they met but when he wants to hit back, he is welcomed by fresh eggs thrown by Chomphu's friends. Kitty is always upset with Yen. The father finally dies and the testament is opened. It is a shock for the family to learn that no money is given to Kitty if he doesn't marry Yen and have a child with her! The mother and Urai are upset. The mother prepares the wedding of Yen and Kitty to follow the testament. But it is a forged plan. They drunk Bai so that Bai enters in Yen's bedroom at nighttime. Yen becomes pregnant. Kitty goes to live with Urai in Bangkok. A child is born from Yen. The mother names it as Ying Yong and takes it to Bangkok to raise it. Meanwhile on countryside, some ruffians shot a couple and a baby is left behind. Yen decides to adopt and raise the baby. Many years have passed. Kittikorn, son of Urai and Kitty, tries to seduce Dao (Sopha Sataporn), Yong Yot’s daughter. Ying Yong (also played by Mitr Chaibancha) is younger brother (น้อง) of Kittikorn. Kittikorn is insolent (ทะลึ่ง) and lazy. The daughter of Yen, called Srai Gnam (รักชนก จินดาวรรณ), is now a doctor. The man who killed the two parents many years ago is now released from jail. His son is Thep (Choomporn Theppitak). He spent 20 years in jail. He wishes to get revenge over Yong Yot who sent him to jail. Dao sees that Srai Gnam is wearing same pendant as her. Ying Yong and Dao are close together so Kittikorn realises he has no chance with Dao so his parents think about Srai Gnam who is a doctor. Thep befriends with Kittikorn. Ying Yong meets Bai but doesn't realize Bai is his father. Kitty wishes his son Kittikorn to marry the daughter of Yen. Yen refuses. Kitty loses his nerves so hits both Yen and Ngam Sai. Before Ying Yong can do anything, Bai intervenes and punches violently Kitty. Kitty becomes half paralyzed due his fall. Ngam Sai as doctor treats him. Ying Yong realises the kindness of Ngam Sai. The grandmother now wants to have Ying Yong to marry Ngam Sai. Urai cannot support this and tells the truth about Ying Yong to her son Kittikorn. She then quits Kitty and goes back to Bangkok. With the help of Kittikorn and Thep, the ruffians wish to storm Thorasok domain and gets the 200 000 baht stored there. Kittikorn wants them to kill Ying Yong also. Kittkorn hits Dao (หลานสาว Yong Yot) and kidnaps her. Meanwhile ruffians attack the house at nighttime (ถูกปล้น). Bai is killed by Kittikorn (ชาติชั่ว). Kitty is shot during the fighting and discloses the truth to Ying Yong before dying. Ngam Sai is identified as second daughter of Yong Yot. As it turns badly, Kittikorn escapes and wishes to flee with Dao. Dao shots Kittikorn and becomes crazy. Peace can finally happens in Srai Sok domain. Some mute sequences lasting 16 minutes haven't been released on the DVD. Maybe because the dubbing was missing for those parts? Maybe the VCD and DVD versions had to last the same time? Suey is a young man living in a remote place with a teen, an old blind grand mother and horses. He is a cart driver in Lampang. Roi (Sombat Methanee) is a policeman enquiring on local murders. Khun Kier is a doctor. The doctor wishes to know more about Suey. He finds a passage in his house that leads to a mysterious palace. Mixing reality and dream, the doctor seems to have been a king in previous life and has many women in his harem. Waen Fa was his official wife but he seduces Kae Son, a beautiful musician. Waen Fa has a son called Rom Fa. She is too excessive and wants her son's love only for her with no share with his wife Maria. Klao Fa is the daughter of Maria and Rom Fa. Maria is not able to support the pressure from Waen Fa and leaves the palace. She marries a doctor. Klao Fa has a personality problem as her parents have divorced and make their new life without her. Suey and Klao Fa are the same person. Finally Roi and Klao Fa marry together. This movie has old picture without much color. Soundtrack is new and there is no more Sombat Methanee's voice.

This movie takes place in 1905. Yod is a slave. His girlfriend is called Khun. The master beats Yod because he finds his new wife with Yod. The master's wife, called Nang Neuan, accuses Yod of trying to seduce her but she is the seductress offering sweets (ขนมหวาน). The daughter, called Kalong, tries to protect Yod and asks for forgiveness. Kalong's father wants his daughter to marry a noble man called Bouleut but she doesn't love him. This is the old traditional Thai way, i.e. marry first, be together and then love will come later. The daughter is not willing. Yod and Khun may have bad sins (กรรม) in their previous life as they cannot have happiness together. They have a promise of forever love in front of a Takhian tree. Nang Neuan sends a ruffian to try to rape Khun but Yod protects her. The ruffian is killed so Yod has to flee. Still wishing to hurt Yod, Nang Peuan suggests that Khun becomes the master's mistress (เมียน้อย). Nang Peuan pays mercenaries to catch Yod. They succeed to overcome him. As the next day is end of slavery in Thailand so the master wants to beat him until death today. Khun accepts to become the master's mistress in order to save Yod's life. Later on Yod rejects Khun and breaks up with her accusing her of being unfaithful (หลายใจ). Disappointed and sad over Yod's reaction, Khun hangs up herself at the Takhian tree. Once Yod understands Khun's body sacrifice to save his life, it is unfortunately too late. Kalong puts money in her hands to spend in the death world. She is buried by Yod under the Takhian tree and is not cremated. Some people hear a woman crying near the Takhian tree. Khun is back as a ghost. Villagers get tricked (โดนผีหลอก) by the ghost. The master decides to cut the Takhian tree but the ghost prevents this to happen. The master decides to use a sorcerer (อาจารย์) to cut the tree. He settles a ceremony to call for the ghost (วิธีเรียกผี) but the ghost chases them away and terrorize the master, who has a serious fever. In almost old Thai horror movies, sorcerers are useless comical characters that always fail to chase ghosts. Kalong decides to call a westerner doctor (หมอฝรั่ง) to cure her father as Thai sorcerers (หมอผี) are useless. Yod works now for the westerner doctor and has been trained to be a doctor also. He cures the master and it is a satisfaction as the slave cures his former master. But the master still hates Yod. Another sorcerer is used but he is a charlatan. He tries to catch a fake spirit (ลงหม้อ). The real ghost chases the fake one. Traditional chase in accelerated motion happens between ghost and humans. This is typical from Thai horror movies from 1960s to 1990s. The master defies Khun but gets strangulated and dies. Nang Peuan decides to kill Kalong to get full heritage but Khun protects Kalong and strangulates Nang Peuan. Bouleut is in fact a bad guy that is already married but wants to marry Kalong because she is coming from a rich family. Love story happens between Kalong and Yod. The ghost Khun is now angry with Kalong accusing her to take away Yod from her. They cannot stay together (คนละโลก). A sorcerer helps to chase the ghost by performing a ceremony (พิธีสะกดวิญญาณ) and neutralizing the tree spirit. This two hours length old movie has a new soundtrack including music from Ennio Morricone. Many 1960s movies were shot in 16mm without synchronised sound. The image is damaged but still fine even if some colors are gone. As many horror movies from 1960s to 1990s, it mixes horror and comedy gags.

Chat Krathing (ชาติกระทิง) is a 1966 Thai movie but only 6mn30 are left. Only a trailer is left. The whole movie is lost as it is a 16mm format reel so it was certainly shown until it became unusable. No movie summary is currently available. Only a commercial movie poster is left. This movie features four big stars, i.e. Sombat Methanee, Luechai Natnat, Petchara Chaowarat and Sopha Sataporn. They are together for the first time and for the only time. Some ruffians harass veteran comic Sukon Koewliam. So Petchara Chaowarat protects him by hitting one of the ruffians. On next sequence, the ruffians speed through a village but this time they face Sombat Methanee. Fist fights happen. Romance between two couples Sopha / Luechai and Sombat / Petchara happen. Famous director Phan Kam (พันคำ) is there again. Luechai is part of the fight party. Movies with him are hard to find as his fame period was during 1957-1960, just before Mitr Chaibancha golden period, and then between 1964-1972. Scenario is unknown but certainly good guys (Sombat and Luechai) are fighting against ruffians terrorizing a village. Even veteran actor Chinese Boo Wibunnan can be seen in the short trailer. Actors Joomjim Khemlek, Lor Tok, Preeya Roongrueng, Kwanta Buapliensri are also mentioned in the credits but unfortunately cannot be seen in the short trailer left.

Thai movie สิงห์สันติภาพ was released in year 1966 and lasts 2h12mn. The movie is only available in mute state as the remaining film was in 16mm format only. Red berets soldiers including Adinan Singhiran, Boo Wibunnan and Luechai Natnat fight against each other in a bar due to a girl. Their boss เช้า asks them to stop. They go for a mission in the jungle. The soldiers team includes one lady played by Sopha Sataporn. While crossing a river, Sopha is dragged away due the strong current but Luechai is helping her. Fightings happen in the jungle. Leader เช้า is killed. Sopha becomes the new leader. Some men refuse to get a female leader so a fighting happens between Luechai and one soldier. Luechai wins. At nighttime another soldier tries to abuse Sopha but thanks to Luechai, she pushes back the attacker. Luechai and a soldier help lady Metta Roongrat being aggressed by blue berets soldiers while bathing in a stream. Metta guides them in the forest and helps them to make a piège to blue berets. Metta helps them also to push back a night assault. Romance starts between Metta and Luechai but it is bringing disappointment to Sopha. One soldier is injured and has difficulties to walk. They get attacked again and some soldiers, getting mad, lose their life by taking inconsiderate risks. Metta gets also killed. Lost, Luechai finally wakes up in a camp led by a lady (อัญชนา วงศ์เกษม). She is disappointed when seeing Luechai walking hand in hand with Sopha. Some red beret soldiers steal gems offered to the local deity worshipped in the village. Luechai gets accused but Sopha helps him as one of the leader (ทม วิศวชาติ), also loving the chief lady, despises Luechai. He is in fact a traitor. A final battle happens between soldiers. They finally reach the blue berets camp led by Tawan Siriwat. A few soldiers sacrifice their life in order to release Luechai. Finally the blue berets camp is destroyed.

Movie director is คุณาวุมิ. The movie got four Thai cinema awards (ตุ๊กตาทอง) including best movie, best movie director, best costumes, best second role for Namgneun Boonnak. Two songs are featured. A remake was released in year 1981 with Jarunee Sooksawad. Pim (Wilaiwan Watthanaphanit) has a child, named Poradok, with her husband. Unfortunately her husband died. Pim remarries again. Her husband has already two boys from a first wedding. Those two boys from first wedding are Prachuap Ruekyamdee and At (Adul Dulyarat). The new husband also dies when Poradok (Pissamai Wilaisak) is 18 years old. Heritage discussion occurs. Aunt Sarinthip Siriwan is upset by the testament sharing. Saisamon (Sopha Sataporn) is a student and friend with Poradok. Her mother Saichai (Namgneun Boonnak) is sick and is identified with a cancer by doctor. Nephew Sun (Mitr Chaibancha) is living with them. Saichai loves Sun but Sun considers her as a mother. At has a mistress named Prissana (Yaowaret Nisakorn) with one child. Prissana is pregnant again but At is not taking good care of her. Porakdok is aware and promises to help. At is upset that Prissana discloses this to Poradok. Poradok travels to countryside to meet Saisamon. Aunt Saichai is upset to see Sun close to Poradok. Poradok and Sun start to know each other but Poradok believes Sun has a love relationship with Saichai. At and Prachuap arrive in countryside. Poradok has to go back to Bangkok. Aunt Saichai is upset that Sun misses Poradok. Aunt Saichai is entering final cancer phase. Her testament mentions that Sopha and Sun have to marry if they want to get any parts of the heritage. Aunt Saichai recognizes that there was nothing between her and Sun (คนกตัญญู). Sun and Saisamon have to choose between love or money. A party happens at Poradok's parents house. Krissada sings a song. At and his aunt lose face as Krissada sings about bad men unable to respect their engagement. At follows Krissada to her home and hits her. Luckily Poradok was also following behind and punches At. Sun and Saisamon agree to reject the heritage. Sun considers Saisamon as her sister. Saisamon keeps drinking as Sun doesn't love her but loves Poradok. The movie ends happily. At changes religion and marries again with Krissada. Saisamon has a love story with Prachuap. Poradok and Sun finds that the mother's lawyer was stealing money with aunt Sarinthip. Both are chased from the home. Poradok reconciles with her mother Pim. Romance Sun and Poradok can happen.

Before the wedding, Rawin congratulates Pissamai but gets slapped as she tells him she doesn’t love Chai. Teun keeps drinking alcohol as he is disappointed. Pissamai's father visits her knowing she is now a star and married to a rich man. Pissamai is very bad (ร้าย) as she chases away her father and younger brother by trying to give them money. The left sequence ends here. Another recent version was shot in 1981 and features Sorapong Chatree and Pisarn Akraseranee. Thai TV series were also released.
