Regarding taking pictures inside Sunbeam Theather, a tip given by the staff was to go to toilet as the door is near the stage and take a few close by pictures.

The orchestra was in front of stage. There was a good atmosphere with people eating and chatting. There were mostly elderly people.

Claps were heard when a famous actor entered on a stage. Some performers actions or songs were highlighted with smart percussion sounds.

After three acts, there was a 15 minutes break. The Cantonese opera was very lively with performers jumping and dancing. Very entertaining.

Old friendly people were surprised to see a foreigner. My poor Cantonese only allowed me basic interaction with them.

A last minute breaking news on Saturday announced a deal keeping Sunbeam Theatre open. The Cantonese opera shows at Sunbeam Theater will go on at least for the next four years.
